At Green Vapes, we strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. However, if you are not happy with your order or if you change your mind, this policy outlines your options for returns and refunds.

Returns for Change of Mind

If you are located in the UK, you have the right to return goods within 14 days of receiving them for any reason, including a change of mind. Please adhere to the following guidelines:

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and health reasons, certain items cannot be returned once unsealed. This includes sealed products such as vape kits, coils, and e-liquids. Please do not unseal these items if you intend to return them.

How to Return Goods

To initiate a return, please contact us via email at info@vapecape.co.uk. Include your name and order number or your name and home address in your message.

1. Ensure that the goods are in saleable condition—unopened and in their original packaging.
2. Return the items to us within 14 days of notifying us of your intent to return.
3. We recommend using a tracked postal service to ensure safe delivery.

Refunds

We will refund the price you paid for the products, including standard delivery costs. Please note:

1. We may deduct from the refund if the value of the goods has been reduced due to handling that exceeds what is permitted in a store.
2. If you selected an express delivery option, we will only refund the cost of our standard delivery service.

Refunds will be processed within 3-5 working days after we receive the returned goods.

Incorrect or Misdescribed Items

If you receive items that are incorrect or misdescribed, please notify us immediately at info@vapecape.co.uk. We will cover the return postage costs and send you the correct items as soon as possible.

Faulty Goods

If your purchase develops a fault within 14 days of receipt, we offer a refund or replacement. Please contact us at info@vapecape.co.uk for troubleshooting assistance first. If the problem persists, we will provide a free returns label.

Once we receive and inspect the faulty item, we will either issue a refund (including original delivery costs) or provide a replacement. If the product is no longer available, we’ll offer an exchange for an alternative product of your choice.
